How payment works
Buying a Praman licence takes a few minutes.
All payments are made online, in Indian Rupees, through ICICI, a secure payment gateway.

Step by step

| 1 | Open the Praman page on ishanovaconcepts.com and choose a plan. | You see the plan, features, term and price in INR. |
| 2 | Enter your name, email, mobile number, organisation and billing details. Add your GSTIN if you want it on the invoice. | We use these details for your invoice and to send your licence. |
| 3 | Review the order summary and tick the box to accept the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund, Cancellation and Shipping Policy. | You see price, GST and the total payable before you pay. |
| 4 | Click “Pay now”. | You are taken to the secure payment window of ICICI. |
| 5 | Choose a payment method — such as UPI, debit/credit card, net banking or wallets — and complete the verification (UPI approval, card OTP or bank login). | Your payment is processed by the gateway and your bank. We never see your card or bank details. |
| 6 | Wait for the confirmation screen. Do not refresh or close the page. | The gateway confirms the payment to us securely. |
| 7 | Check your email. | You receive a payment receipt, GST tax invoice and your licence details. |
| 8 | Download or activate Praman. | Your licence is active for the term you purchased. |
If something goes wrong
- Payment failed or page closed: if money was debited, it is usually reversed automatically within 5 to 7 working days. You can try again at any time.
- Paid but did not receive the licence: write to support@ishanovaconcepts.com with your order ID or payment reference. We will resolve it within one working day.

Security
- Our website uses encrypted HTTPS connections.
- Payments are handled by a PCI-DSS-compliant, RBI-authorised payment gateway. Card, UPI and bank credentials are entered only on the gateway’s secure page.
- Funds are settled to the current account of IshaNova Concepts (OPC) Private Limited.
