Refund, Cancellation and Shipping Policy

1. Cancellation

• Before payment: you may abandon an order at any time before completing payment, at no cost.
• Failed or incomplete payment: if a payment fails or the order is not completed, no licence is issued. If your account was debited, the amount is normally reversed automatically to the same account or payment method within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
• After purchase: you may cancel your subscription (including any recurring payment mandate or renewal reminder) at any time by writing to support@ishanovaconcepts.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your licence remains active until the end of the term already paid for, unless a refund is approved under clause 2.

2. Refunds

Because Praman is delivered digitally and can be used immediately after activation, licence fees are generally non-refundable once the licence has been activated and used. We will, however, refund in the following cases:

Not eligible for a refund: change of mind after activation; unused time left on a licence you chose to stop using; licences suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms; and renewals not cancelled before the renewal date, unless the renewal was charged without your valid authorisation.

3. How to request a refund

• Email support@ishanovaconcepts.com from the email address used for the purchase, with the subject “Refund request — [order ID]”.
• Include your name, order ID or payment reference number, date of payment, and the reason for the request.
• We will acknowledge your request within 2 working days and tell you the decision within 7 working days.

4. Refund timelines and method

• Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method (the same card, UPI ID, bank account or wallet). We cannot refund to a different account.
• We initiate the refund within 4 working days of approval. It normally reaches you within 5 to 7 working days after that; some banks may take longer.
• If you paid with a card or net banking, the refund appears as a credit in your statement. If you do not see it after the stated time, contact your bank with the refund reference we will give you, or write to us.
• Where GST was charged, a credit note is issued for the refunded amount.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank so that we can resolve the matter quickly. Chargebacks raised on valid, delivered purchases may result in suspension of the licence.

6. Shipping and delivery policy

Praman is a software product delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped, so shipping charges, courier partners and delivery addresses do not apply.

• What you receive: your licence details, sent to the email address given at checkout.
• When: immediately after successful payment, and in any case within 24 hours. Delivery is shown on the order confirmation page and by email, together with your invoice.
• Not received? Check your spam folder, then write to support@ishanovaconcepts.com with your order ID. We will resend the details or resolve the issue within 1 working day.
• Wrong email address? Contact us promptly so that we can re-issue the licence to the correct address after verifying your order.
